Now this is just pathetic.
Some of you turned Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC)87% into the hero of the day because of his Benghazi investigation. He could do no wrong. What happens when you build a cult of personalty around any politician is then they can go BOHICA on you.
Bend over America. Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC)87% is now on record admitting hes going to help shove President Obamas amnesty plan right where you dont want it.
(SNIP)
So, Hemmer asked Gowdy who hed stop the President. Gowdys answer? He wants to let Sen. John McCain (R-AZ)Heritage ActionScorecardSen. John McCain52%Senate Republican Average64%See Full Scorecard52% handle it by tying up unrelated Presidential nominations in the Senate.

He has blistered the left with his style of questioning. He has made it difficult for lefty bureaucrats and officers to come before the committee with their lies. I am happy with HIS rhetoric, for we are engaged in a war with the left where they seem to have defined the battleground as PR; and the warfare on this front has been disturbingly asymmetrical. Trey helps us even the playing field.
Legislation enacted? Who has? With the current _resident, none of our legislation has been enacted.
I can see no good in skewering the good guys in Congress, or in assailing people people you disagree with on FR.
The war is about what leftist policies get inacted, not rhetoric.
Gowdy and other house Republicans could have blocked funding for the liberal agenda. They chose not to.
Get used to people not putting up with the same BS from the republican party. And get used to them not being polite about it.
If they vote to support the leftist agenda, the ARE NOT good guys.

Well said!
Those people from Greenville!
Strange reply form one that makes snide and childish accusations in so many of their posts.
Yep, it is stuck; you should get your money back on the teflon suit that DNC sold you.
.
RTZ, wake up, please!
You have been making snide comments and accusations at so many, how can you expect to slip out of your own trap?
.
No academy award yet.
.
Ask me a question and I’ll consider answering it. Otherwise, bug off!
LOL!
.
What is your assessment of Cruz on immigration?
More specifically, could you accept the Senate bill, but with no path to citizenship?
LOL...I bet!....U a bad bad dude!!!... but the story isnt about YOU!....Get it yet???
I support none of it.
The illegals will sue for more and more freebies.
There might be able to sue outright for a green card.
Also half these pricks in the House GOP support a pathway to citizenship.
Pete Sessions opposes blanket amnesty which means he only supports amnesty for 90%-99% not 100% of illegals.
Goodlatte and Mulvaney both said they oppose a special path to citizenship. Which means they support some sort of path just not calling it special.
If illegals as they stand now can get 50% of state and federal freebies I dont want to make it so they can get 90% of state and federal freebies.
If illegal aliens are stealing jobs in 50% of occupations I dont want to make it legal for them to steal jobs in 100% of occupations.
Theyll be able to immediately apply for much better jobs than they currently have, Sessions warned of illegal immigrants set to join the pathway to citizenship. Maybe they were working at a restaurant part time. Now theyre going to be truck drivers, heavy-equipment operators competing at the factories and plants and weve got an unemployment rate thats very high.
>> What article? Nothing much there.
Exactly. I’m displeased.
