There is a strict policy about passing on information to foreign citizens — even good allies like Australia, Britain, and Canada — called NOFORN (No Foreign Nationals) and that limits dissemination of the information whether or not it is classified.
Questions are: 1) How did this Saudi born national get access to classified information? 2) Who is responsible for hiring him and allowing him access?
Bottom line is that people, other than this Saudi, need to be doing SERIOUS prison time.

1. Have some of our naval personnel take him below deck to see and aircraft carrier close up. While he’s there, have a chat with him about who he’s working with (and I don’t care how you get the answers).
