A Phoenix police officer shot to death an unarmed black man during a struggle and authorities said the officer believed the individual had a gun, in the latest fatal incident amid national turmoil over the policing of black communities.
The Phoenix Police Department said Rumain Brisbon, 34, was sitting in a black Cadillac SUV outside a convenience store on Tuesday evening, and that two witnesses told the officer the occupants of the vehicle were selling drugs.
With police forces across the country under increased scrutiny over killings of unarmed black men, Phoenix police said in a statement that its officer called for backup, and then saw Brisbon appear to remove something from the car's back seat

Five common denominators to all of these stories:
Black victim.
White cop.
Resisting arrest.
Struggle between victim and cop.
Cop uses deadly force to protect himself.
One simple solution:
DO NOT RESIST ARREST.

Why would any white cop bother to get out of his patrol car these days, especially in a black area, with black suspects? What possible benefit is there?
Wait until the crime is over and the perps are long gone, then fill out the report.
If Rev. Al, Holder and Obama intend to make you the enemy, simply keep your head down, stay safe, stay PC, and do everything “by the book.”
And for some here the cops can do no right. I’ve even had some suggest that all PDs should be abolished, because they didn’t have them when the constitution was passed.
Mostly the cops do a good job and we need them. That doesn’t mean they need to treat every warrant like a military operation, shoot any dog that barks at them, or conduct body searches just because someone has an out of state license plate. Still, if you lay a hand on an officer, you’re going down, one way or another.

I’ll bet he was high.
Wasn’t shot because of the drugs.
He was shot because the cop thought he had a gun and was fighting to get it.
Were the drugs worth risking his life for?
If that article is to be believed, the guy made a bad choice on that question and lost.
Re-segregation may be what this Country is headed to. “Can’t teach me unless you look like me”, “Can’t arrest me if you don’t look like me”. They have been doing it with Education.
