... Pantaleo who applied the lethal chokehold on Eric Garner was supervised by an African-American female NYPD sergeant.
Having that black sergeant in charge of that crime scene takes race out of the equation. As awful as Pantaleos actions appear on that video, at no time does that black sergeant order Pantaleo to stop choking Garner.
With a population that is 70% white and 10% African-American, when a Staten Island grand jury is presented with a white cop supervised by a black sergeant applying a lethal chokehold, it eliminates the racial component.
The grand jury was then left with the decision of whether Pantaleo had malicious intentions. It decided that he did not. Case closed. ...

The perp made me wrap my arm around his neck and squeeze.
...
Pantaleo didn’t put his arm around his neck until Garner almost put him through a window. And Pantaleo didn’t squeeze any harder than to keep Garner under control. There was no damage to the trachea or the hyoid bone, and Garner remained conscious until well after Pantaleo let go of him. That’s why the grand jury didn’t indict.
I’ve been saying the same thing to my friends the past 2 days. They should all quit any major city PD’s, go to po dunk towns or into PI work, or something else. Otherwise, any white cop now has a bullseye on them. They’re all targets of thugs, given the green light by Obama, Holder & Ilk.
With the white cops gone, they can replace with “more appropriate” colors or reduced force numbers and see how that turns out.
What a sad commentary on our culture and society that criminal thugs and racists now dictate, by whim, “the law.”
The video exonerated police? Hahaha
Yes and Obambicare is the “law” and executive actions are the “law”. Sure.
There’s a cause and effect. Police actions caused a death, while probably not intentional and probably no evidence of such, it’s negligent manslaughter.
The institutions are losing there legitimacy and no way police will get out of the PR war they lost long ago. It’s over. It’s been building for some time, this is just one tiny incident.
IMO the guy’s dead for 3 reasons: don’t hang out with stupid people doing stupid things at stupid times at stupid places was violated along with poor resistance; bad health; and tackled harshly with no immediate medical care, which was ruled a homicide by medical examiner.
If a citizen stopped a perp abducting a child for example and made a citizen’s arrest with a lock on perp’s neck on the street, took them to the ground, same level of force used, and perp died, who here thinks there wouldn’t be charges against the citizen?
“The broken windows theory is a criminological theory of the norm-setting and signaling effect of urban disorder and vandalism on additional crime and anti-social behavior. The theory states that maintaining and monitoring urban environments to prevent small crimes such as vandalism, public drinking and toll-jumping helps to create an atmosphere of order and lawfulness, thereby preventing more serious crimes from happening.”
Bratton is the NYPD Commissioner appointed by the Sandinista Mayor. Bloomberg had nothing to do with Bratton.
William Joseph “Bill” Bratton CBE (born October 6, 1947) is an American law enforcement officer and the current New York City Police Commissioner, the second time he has held that position. He has previously served as the Commissioner of the Boston Police Department (BPD) (1993-1994), New York City Police Department (NYPD) Commissioner (19941996), and Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) (20022009).
“Anyone who cared to read the testimony provided to the grand jury quickly learned that so-called “witnesses” who told the media that Officer Wilson shot Michael Brown in the back crumbled under examination in the Grand Jury. One by one when presented with the forensic evidence that Brown was not shot in the back, they quickly retracted the statements they made to the media out of fear of being prosecuted for perjury in front of the Grand Jury.”
I hadn’t read the transcripts of the testimony before the Grand Jury, and I hadn’t heard that the witnesses that had spoken against Officer Wilson “retracted their statements” when they appeared before the Grand Jury. So I decided to check for myself. Unbelievably difficult to sort through the more than a thousand pages of material. I couldn’t find an index anywhere. So I ask for your help. As someone who is familiar with the evidence, could you tell me which witnesses retracted their statements, and could you direct me to where I could find these statements. Thanks.
Because not one grand jury anywhere has ever found wrong doing by a police officer. Grand juries are a joke.
When blowing a baby's face off with a hand grenade is ruled proper police work the system is badly broken. Get it?
So, when are you going to apply for law enforcement? Sounds like you’re ready to take on the job.
Perhaps you should consider the following facts:
Mr. Garner was not killed by a police officer. He was not killed by a so-called choke hold. The first time he said I cant breath, the officer let go. Within 10 minutes, he was still breathing, still talking, and put in an ambulance. He died of an heart attack on the way to the hospital.
When people repeat a lie often enough.....
“What would be your next step ?”
Call the cops.
When cops get slapped around by a 350lb man trying to resist arrest, try to subdue him.
When the lardass dies from a heart attack, send his fatass to the morgue.
And, finally, call Sharpton.
Well, among other things Garner did not did from the takedown. He died later in the ambulance when he had a heart attack.
I see you posted before me. Exactly.
