Gov. Jerry Brown Considering Expanding Medi-Cal To Immigrants
By PHIL WILLON Gov. Jerry Brown is considering expanding state-funded Medi-Cal coverage to residents shielded from deportation under President Obama’s new immigration policies.
Nancy McFadden, the governor’s top policy aide, said that possibility is under review by the Brown administration, but implied that the potential cost would be a factor in the decision.
“We’re still evaluating, but the president’s recent action on undocumented immigrants could perhaps open a door for more coverage of more people under Medi-Cal,’’ McFadden said. “We’re looking at that. That, of course, is going to cost money.’’
McFadden made the comments while speaking at an event Wednesday hosted by the Public Policy Institute of California, held after the release of its recent opinion poll on California's future, and she touched on a number of Brown’s top policy priorities for his upcoming new term.
McFadden noted that 2 million more Californians are covered by Medi-Cal than two years ago, and emphasized that the increase in healthcare coverage for residents is a pivotal ingredient in helping people rise out of poverty.

Remember when several of your cities had to file bankruptcy a few years ago due to overusage of government programs and subsidies by illegal immigrants a few years ago, Governor Brown? Imagine that statewide with all cities bankrupted because that’s where you’re heading.

I almost got hit today on the way home. 3 lane road and I was in the middle lane. Large pickup kept coming over the line on me and almost hit me. I sped up to get around them and looked in the mirror. Small Mexican woman driving of course. They fricken can’t drive! everytime I come close to being hit I look and they’re mexican.
Ha!
It will never go between any two destination points in commercial service.
And, everyone knows it (except for some highly trusting, yet ignorant voters).

We have an ethnicity that took over my town. Used to be 75% white. That 75% is still White, but from near Turkey.
These folks don’t signal, don’t look before changing lanes, and don’t look before pulling out onto the street.
This very evening a bus was stopped at a bus stop. One of these characters walked around the front of the bus and just a step from my vehicle. I was going about 20 MPH. I didn’t even try to stop. Was moving at a fast pace across the road in the middle of the street from behind a blind in heavy traffic. He barely stopped in time. I was about ten feet from him when I saw him.
About six years ago I was driving south on Glendale Avenue. I was in the right lane. The car next to me decided they wanted to come over and they clipped the front of my car. I saw them coming, but that happens about twice on the way to work every day. I learned to just wait until they wake up, but this guy never looked.
He left about a one inch spot on my left front fender. It was damp on the road, and his front end pulled around and he ran right into parked cars. He did a lot of damage to his own car and I think he totaled a vintage pickup that had been parked.
If I had broken my wheels free by braking, I would have been pushing into the parked cars. As it was, virtually nothing happened to my car.
An older lady sitting in the passenger seat was transported to the hospital.
You feel bad for these folks, but what the hell.
They shouldn’t even be on the road.
I know what you are talking about. Some of those folks are industrious. You see them all the time loaded up in a pickup, going somewhere to dump the yard stuff they’ve loaded up.
Nobody says a word, because they know these folks won’t, can’t change anything. If you or I did that, our license would be on display at the Smithsonian the next day.
Kalifornistan is falling to pieces with its libtards at the helm. Once one of the most powerful states in the world now it is the worlds largest cess pool.
I believe firmly that we have between five and ten million illegals in California. If we don’t have at least 5 million, some things start making very little sense.
We’re talking non English speakers, the majority of which are illegal aliens.
