Wednesday on CNN's "Newsroom," in reacting to the breaking news that a grand jury did not indict the NYPD Officer involved in the chokehold death of Eric Garner, Your Black World's Boyce Watkins said if America "continue to turn a blind eye to these homicides," we will have a "race war on your hands."

Well, I have to say that the killing/murder of the guy in New York who was just trying to peddle some cigarettes, was pretty heinous.
As was the killing of that kid in Santa Rosa, California who was just carrying a gun while walking down the side of the road. It sure seems like Officer Jumpy scared the kid who then tried to hold up his gun to show the officer it was just an airgun, and then got blown away.

That said, by all accounts/evidence - Michael Brown earned what he got.
Different cases merit different reactions.

There are enough idiots in the black community (New Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, etc.) that actually think they can win a race war. One crucial point they miss: How does 13% of the population of 313 million win against 87%. And of that 87%, 16% of Hispanics and Latinos, 5% of Asians have absolutely zero tolerance for black thug/gangster culture. This 21% will terminate them without a qualm. Anyone that thinks 13% can take on 87% in a race war is seriously deluded or certifiably insane.

I do have some problems with the Garner arrest but wouldn’t charge the officer with murder. It does emphasize the axiom “If you’re being arrested, comply!” A live Garner might have had a harassment case but he screwed up by resisting. Selling single cigarettes should be a ticket offense. Pay a fine and that’s it.

Obviously they want a race war. All of this wouldn’t anger me so much if there really was equality. We all know that there have been tons of unwarranted racial attacks by blacks on whites since Obama. They are always hardly reported and blown off as though white lives don’t matter.

highly concentrated in small areas...
inciting violence out of knee-jerk emotional reactions...
basing very little on facts or reason or logic or justice...
disdaining history or education...
espousing virtues like abuse of women, pursuit of material wealth, glorification of drugs...

When less than 40% of black males graduate from high school and a large percentage of those that graduate are pushed through and can’t perform at grade level I think that math thing might be a problem
