Jeb Bush: Republicans Don't Need Conservatives to Win White House, Should Not Defund Exec Amnesty

Even though moderate Republican candidates lose presidential elections without the conservative base (see: George H.W. Bush '92, Bob Dole '96, John McCain '08, Mitt Romney '12), former Florida Governor and potential presidential candidate Jeb Bush thinks conservatives are not needed to win the White House.
Bush believes that a presidential candidate who is "willing to lose the primary to win the general" has the best shot at the White House.
*snip*
Should Bush run, his embrace of comprehensive amnesty legislation and Common Core will put him at odds with conservative voters in the early primary states.

Jeb would have handed out even more amnesty than did Obama.

Yeah. And it would have been codified and impossible to reverse, unlike Obama’s usurpation.

Romney has been on his knees swallowing hard for some time. (What ever that means).

Jeb can’t separate his private life from his opinions on public policy, no matter how much damage those opinions will do, or how much they will cost American taxpayers. He thinks he can win because of his establishment privilege plus Hispanic support, but he is dreaming the impossible dream. At best he will get 30 percent of the Hispanic vote, and that won’t make up for the lack of support he will get from the Republican base. Jeb needs to ask himself why Hispanics would support him and not Hillary, or any other Democrat. They won’t.

I would say that Jeb is insane but I believe and I have posted this before, he does not really want to be President and is being pressured into it. Soooo he is sabateuging himself with these crazy statements like sneaking into the country is an act of love and all that nonsense. Without the conservative vote a Republican will not get the nomination.

"....And that is, to sign a statement that if Jeb is the GOP nominee, the undersigned will quit his/her affiliation w/the GOP and vote Democrat." Too late. I joined the Constitution Party six months ago when my formerly decent Congressman was blackmailed or bribed into jumping on the Amnesty train.

Jeb and likewise his ‘peers’, are becoming the ‘gift, that keeps on giving’; just not to Republicans. . .There is a ‘reality show’ here. . .sadly, not much more. That said; will offer that Jeb is a nice person; with a good heart. . .and by and large; was a good Governor. His judgment on critical ‘today’ issues, however; appears MIA. There is such a thing; as ‘too much Establishment’. As Jeb and his ‘en group’ of Repubs, give witness.
