Many of law enforcement commentators after the 1987 North Hollywood shootout mentioned that had officers at least tried to shoot the legs of the assailants, they would’ve been stopped sooner. When you’re firing 9mm against torso body armor, sometimes the legs are your only hope to slow them down.
That being said, I think Dr. Carson would be an exemplary candidate for President despite this remark. Remember, our Founders intended to have our representatives be from our communities. Dr. Carson may not be an expert on all things, but he’s got a better mind for the office than any political hack would.

The good doctor is the dumbest smart man I have heard in a long time. A damned gun grabber. Disqualified from holding any position of power based on his non-constitutional 2A stand. This is where he tries to walk back his no guns in cities position. He punts to a “smart” gun position. This would make guns too expensive for most city dwellers, the people who need guns the most.
