My 102-year-old mother-in-law, Henryne Walker Stewart Goode, whom we buried a week ago at the Walker family cemetery in Okolona, Miss., often told an unforgettable story at our kitchen table.
She attended Okolona College, where she was taught English and public speaking by James Raspberry, the father of my late Post colleague, William Raspberry. At one time, in my mother-in-law’s telling, animals on the school’s farm were falling victim to some invading marauder. A school employee discovered the culprit — a dog — and shot it. But the white farmer who owned the dog retaliated, turning up at the school to shoot the employee to death and threaten the school’s president. The school’s president was forced to flee, my mother-in-law said, but nothing happened to the white farmer. That said all we needed to know about Deep South justice of her youth.
An account in the July 4, 1931, edition of the Afro American flushed out the details of this tale, and over 90 years it deviated remarkably little from the facts. The dog that was shot by school employee Ulysses Baskin was part of a pack that attacked the school’s sheep. On May 30, 1925, Baskin was in fact shot by the dog’s owner eight times. School president Wallace A. Battle demanded the arrest of the culprit, but the local grand jury freed him. Battle didn’t flee, though; he resigned in protest when the school’s white trustees would not demand justice for the murder....

That's right. Several years through 2008 DoJ data were released that showed white-on-black sexual assaults statistically were zero.
Below I include a table with the survey results from 1973 - 1982 which includes an explanation of how the survey works and what they did to try to get enough data from ten years of statistical samples. Still could not find enough victims in all cases.
The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Statistics Criminal Victimization in the United States, [YYYY] Statistical Tables and their Table 42: "Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender" show an inordinate amount of black-on-white crime in some crime categories.
And indeed we should emphasis that these Statistical Tables' data are based upon surveys, they are not FBI/police crime figures.
However since 2009 Table 42 data are no longer made public that I can find. IMO the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us will not release facts that disturb their racial demagoguery.
I usually post the Table 42: "Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender" "Rape/Sexual assault" for years 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008; but these are the links to actual DoJ files.
Information on how the U.S. Dept. of Justice National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) works. It might explain why the sexual assault data are so controversial (lack of enough victims to develop stats for the whole population). But it's been that way for decades; nevertheless apparently the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us stopped making the information public in 2009.
"In the course of twice-a-year interviews conducted with more than 125,000 people each year in the National Crime Survey, only about 100 cases of rape or attempted rape are reported. When the sample is compared to the size of the general population, it is estimated that each reported incident represents about 1,200 rapes or rape attempts that took place across the country. Nevertheless, 100 cases are too few for detailed statistical analysis. To obtain enough information for a detailed examination of the crime of rape, all cases of female rape reported in the National Crime Survey from 1973 through 1982 were aggregated into a single data set. In assaults involving one offender, victim and offender were the same race 70% of the time for white victims and 89% for black victims. If the 1995 - 2008 data were to be combined the results would be more valid and likely still look a lot like these 1973 - 1982 data.
It continues.. both ways; but though whites outnumber blacks at least 6-to-1 blacks are murdering whites better that 2-to-1. But hey! it's racist to complain.

So adding up the homicides year by year shown in the referenced files above, the blacks killed by whites (Col 1) and whites killed by blacks(col 2). Surprise.

While he was at it, he could have come forward to the '60s and the Democrat reticence over making it illegal to lynch a Black...

Okolona Mississippi is way north of I-10. I must be REALLY deep south.
It is indeed peculiar, given that black and white women are equally appealing and black and white men are equal in criminality. Surely it is a temporary anomaly and at some point, if only in the name of equality, white men will finally start raping black women.
Indubitably.
Much of the differential is simple availability. Black women are only 1/8th as numerous as white women in the U.S.
