My 102-year-old mother-in-law, Henryne Walker Stewart Goode, whom we buried a week ago at the Walker family cemetery in Okolona, Miss., often told an unforgettable story at our kitchen table.

She attended Okolona College, where she was taught English and public speaking by James Raspberry, the father of my late Post colleague, William Raspberry. At one time, in my mother-in-law’s telling, animals on the school’s farm were falling victim to some invading marauder. A school employee discovered the culprit — a dog — and shot it. But the white farmer who owned the dog retaliated, turning up at the school to shoot the employee to death and threaten the school’s president. The school’s president was forced to flee, my mother-in-law said, but nothing happened to the white farmer. That said all we needed to know about Deep South justice of her youth.

An account in the July 4, 1931, edition of the Afro American flushed out the details of this tale, and over 90 years it deviated remarkably little from the facts. The dog that was shot by school employee Ulysses Baskin was part of a pack that attacked the school’s sheep. On May 30, 1925, Baskin was in fact shot by the dog’s owner eight times. School president Wallace A. Battle demanded the arrest of the culprit, but the local grand jury freed him. Battle didn’t flee, though; he resigned in protest when the school’s white trustees would not demand justice for the murder....

My great grandmother told me about a case way back in 19 and 96. Seems this blackman almost cut off the heads of two whites.. and a jury of predominatealy blacks refused to convict him to the cheers of large numbers of Black Americans nationwide. OJ jury

Something from more current. The Obama-Holder demagogues, the race-grievance industry, and many employees of the MSM have made crime a racial issue.

If we had more exposure to truth we'd see the problem lies not in the pristine having fear of death at the hands of white policemen (or whites in general).. we'd acknowledge the facts and get it solved. It is not all racial.

I would like to tie people like King down in a chair and show him pictures of the many thousands of white people slaughtered by black criminals in the last seventy or eighty years. The total approaches around thirty or forty thousand. Then we’ll also show him the pictures of white women raped and beaten by black criminals. That number is in the thousands annually. The number of black women sexually assaulted annually by white criminals is a statistical zero. Scoundrels like King need to be exposed for what they are.

Hey, it’s not like black people would lie. Someone checked out Malcolm X’s autobio one time and found numerous uh inconsistencies. Sure, there were innocent black people lynched and murdered in those days by whites. But there were also innocent white people killed by blacks in those days. But the latter story is never told by the very liberal media.

Breaks my heart. My mother, when she was 65 and very, very, ill with diabetes, heart disease and kidney disease, was car jacked by a BLACK crack head who beat her 6 times, that she can remember, over 3 days. After wiping out her bank account at ATMs. Every bone in her face was broken as well as her left arm and right wrist! After 3 days her carjacker left her in the car...out of gas to go find more crack. The police NEVER even looked for the guy. They told my father that these crimes were rampant in Central Florida and they'd never find they guy and if they did they'd release him in a couple of days because FL prisons were full and they were already under court order to release convicts to ease crowding.

I couldn't give two shits about any of the extremely rare victims of white on black crime. Not even one!!!
