The IRS’ improper disclosure of taxpayer information to the White House was extensively investigated, according to thousands of documents the Department of Justice (DOJ) is currently sitting on and could release within the next two weeks.
The Daily Caller first reported that ex-IRS official Lois Lerner and White House policy adviser Jeanne Lambrew exchanged confidential taxpayer information about a conservative group that was suing to stop Obamacare’s contraceptive mandate in 2012. Now, with 30,000 Lerner emails set to be turned over to Congress, new information is surfacing about the White House-IRS information pipeline.
The legal advocacy firm Cause of Action sued the Treasury Department’s inspector general for information about further IRS coordination with the White House. The long-stonewalled lawsuit has finally borne fruit.
“[T]he Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed Cause of Action that there exist nearly 2,500 potentially responsive documents relating to investigations of improper disclosures of confidential taxpayer information by the IRS to the White House,” Cause of Action stated.
The Department of Justice is trying to delay the release of the documents for another two weeks.

I would disagree. An odd thing will occur by spring of 2015. Either the President agrees to a special prosecutor or the Senate will convene some hearings and bring people in to testify. They will cite their rights, then get question thrown at them, as they continue to cite their rights. The whole thing gets recorded, and replayed as 2016 political ad’s.
If you thought that 2014 was a dismal year for the Democrats.....I’d strong disagree. 2016 will be the most remarkable and productive year in the history of the Republicans. All compliments of the IRS and their scandal.

THE SMOKING GUN---WSJ REPORT--On Jan 20, 2009 Timothy Geithner was appointed Obama's Secy of the Treasury. But within three weeks, the Obama White House tightened its grip on Treasury. Obama put his COS, Rahm Emanuel, in charge of Treasury---Rahm Emanuel's dual role was an unusual move.
When he got to Treasury, WH COS Rahm Emanuel was so involved in the inner workings of the Treasury that the phrase "Rahm wants it" had become an unofficial mantra among subservient govt staffers, prostrate in obeisance, scurrying to accede to Rahm's wishes, according to Treasury government officials. THIS MADE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD shortly after quitting his powerful WH job as Obama's COS, Rahm held a presser declaring he "just remembered" he really, Really wanted to be Mayor of Chicago. Then Rahm announced he had magically "raised" $10 million for his campaign in "just a matter of weeks." (waiting for hysterical laughter to die down). Ya gotta wonder how much Wall Street Rahm wired offshore when Obama put him in charge of the entire US Treasury.
Interesting how Schumer is positioning himself “against” 0bamacare right now. Trying to throw investigators off his trail?

As the Senate "immigration reform" was going to vote---Judiciary Committee member and patriot, Sen Grassley (Rep-Iowa) offered this simple amendment to the Committee
"The secretary (of homeland security) may not grant registered provisional immigrant status to an alien under this section unless the alien fully discloses to the secretary all the names and Social Security account numbers that the alien has ever used to obtain employment in the United States," said Grassley's amendment.
Grassley's amendment would not have prohibited illegal aliens from being converted into legal aliens just because they had used names and Social Security numbers that did not belong to them. It would only have required that the illegal aliens make the names and numbers they used known to DHS before they could be granted the right to legally live in the United States. Grassley said, "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses, and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."

"When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers," Schumer told his Judiciary Committee colleagues. "How are they going to remember all that, and are we going to delay RPI status? "(The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

The Senate Judiciary committee defeated Grassley's amendment 8 to 10 on a lock-stepping party-line vote.

Unless of course the democrats are the ones to start the
impeachment process. If they impeach the Obama then they
may be the landslide victors with the slogan “While the
republicans were cowering in fear of being called “racist”
we had the balls to stop the Obama”. And watch the
republican party crumble when out of spite they vote not
to impeach.

They belong in jail for encouraging these crimes
over and over and over and over and over and over.

Both should go to jail.
Why impeach the guy? He’s best thing to come along for the Republican Party in a hundred years. Count up at least two or three more Senate seats in 2016, plus five or six more House seats.
The media throw loaded questions into the polls to skew the results, such as: "Do you think the country would be torn apart if the Republicans pursued a political strategy to Impeach the President?"
Give me a break.
Next, Harry Reid's tax deal just fell apart, and the White House is furious with Reid for even negotiating parts of it. Why? Reid agreed to end the Billion in EITC tax fraud by Illegal Invaders. Obama and Reid are now not speaking to one another.
Sen Schumer just told the media last week that ObamaCare "was a mistake." The White House is now refusing to speak to Schumer as well.
Here is what needs to happen:
1. The House can vote to Impeach Barry Soetoro with its eyes closed. It has MORE than enough votes, and will have even more come January 2015.
2. We all know what happened with Slick Willie in the Senate Impeachment: evidence suppressed, witnesses were not allowed to testify, it was not a trial but an exercise to acquit, etc. But now, even Democrats realize they have an out of control Dictator in the White House.
If a dozen Democrat Senators agreed to vote for Impeachment, Bathhouse Barry will be convicted.
Period.
I am not at all hopeful this will happen. In fact, I doubt it. But it is the truth.
