Issa and Cummings laughed and the IRS intensified
their crimes.
That makes Issa and Cummings COMPLICIT.
They belong in jail for encouraging these crimes
over and over and over and over and over and over.
I would say that EVERY IRS EMPLOYEE is complicit of crimes against America. Every g-damn one of them belong in a torture chamber.
They ARE the scourge of humanity.
