That would be SOP in Chicago in the real tough neighborhoods. Here in Chicago about 50 to 100 hundred racist community agitators were roaming the North Loop of Chicago. Police surrounded and let them do a controlled walk about. The the CPD then slowly boxed them in overtime. They were completely boxed in at State and Wacker (south of the Chicago River). The CPD boxed in the racist community agitators with barricades, horses and then SUVs.

It was reported earlier today, before “no indictment” was released, that Gov. Nixon put the Guard in surrounding communities, but NOT in Ferguson. I don’t know whether that report was correct or not, but its worth keeping in mind as this plays out. The report linked to GotNews.com as the alleged source, but not to a specific report there and I wasn’t to find one in a cursory search.
