Washington (CNN) -- Americans are sharply divided along racial lines as to whether Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged with murder in the shooting death of Michael Brown, a new CNN/ORC poll out Monday finds.

They know whites are indifferent to their plight, and those opposed to continue bearing the costs of their maintenance here are now joined by some that are willing but broke.

News stories from urban areas further than 5 miles from me are as relevant to me as stories from Tierra Del Fuego; those closer are only a concern as far as they involve me & mine.

First of all, NONE of those people, of any race, are privy to the facts that have been presented to the grand jury, hence NONE of their opinions carry much weight. And I am suspicious that the author has combined the responses of blacks, Hispanics, and Asians, to make them appear to be a unified force. But what if the 54% is comprised of 95% blacks, 48% Hispanics, and 38% Asians? Then the unity disappears.

Given that the percentage among blacks is *at least* 100% in this poll, my guess is the Asian and Latino numbers are less than 40% each.

I was actually one of the 1045 people in this poll.

And as you would expect they are not reporting the truth. This particular question was:

“Based on what you have either seen or heard do you think the grand jury should charge Officer Wilson with murder.”

This is not what CNN is reporting big surprise, the first part of the question is critical and not reported in this story.

Same split for the OJ Simpson verdict. The only difference is that whites accept the decision of the judicial system and don’t riot if they don’t agree.

I will accept the decision but believe it was corrupted by political pressure. And when it goes to trial, I believe Wilson will be exonerated.

I served as a juror at a murder trial. The experience gave me confidence in our judicial system. What many people may not realize is that juries must adhere to certain parameters outlined by the process and the laws.

If the media really gave a damn about black youth they would be reporting everyday about murder after murder after murder taking place in Chicago..a few months back a little girl was at her friends house attending a sleepover, she was shot and killed by a gang bangers bullet as she sat inside that home..who knows who the perp was really targeting..this little girl didnt get a vigil in her honor, no protest rally in her honor, no demand for justice in her honor..she got NOTHING..Sharpton didnt come, Jackson didnt come..so whenever I hear people say that “Black Lives matter” yeah it only matters when a white person kills that black person, when a black kills a black its A OK
