A grand jury has reached a decision on whether to indict Darren Wilson, the white Ferguson, Mo. police officer whose fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager sparked days of turbulent protests, sources close to the process said.
Sources said that press conferences are being prepared by the county prosecutors’ office and the Missouri governor. Those press conferences will likely come later today.

right decision? I think Obama and Holder would PREFER that he is NOT indicated. They want riots and chaos and won’t let an opportunity go to waste to push even more garbage down our throats.

How do you get police scanner app?
I've been visited twice by local police because they can not get in touch with my next door neighbor. Police have a warrant for her arrest but can't get in touch with her.
The second time they came out they asked me the usual questions (had I seen her lately; had I seen any activity at her house, etc.), then thanked me and said go back inside they were going to run lights and siren - just ignore it and stay inside. They could hear someone in the house but no one would answer. AFAIK no one came out so I'm wondering if the police will come back out to serve the warrant. She did not show up for court date - crime was animal cruelty.
Would be neat to keep tabs on police scanner - because I am nosy and be cause her bahaviour has pulled me into the whole deal. She holds me responsible because I talked to the police. What should I do - hide in my house and not answer the police's knock on my door.
Older neighbors have told me "she's not right" and some such.
Info on police scanner may give me all the heads up I need - because I have a feeling "she's not right", too.
Im betting it was considerably colder in Missouri than it was here in Northern CA...this monring and it was COLD here...

Going on the leaks, it looks good but when the DOJ got involved, did anyone on the jury receive threats? There are 4 blacks who live there / are they afraid so, could they give a charge to satisfy so, it can go into trial. I am praying they do right by the evidence, not by deciding through emotions or fear.
If only these people put as much effort into working, as they do looting.
They went down there Saturday morning and are not back yet. I’m guessing that they are ready.

When does looting just become criminal instead of acceptable?
I still say I am going to be right in this because for one reason and one reason alone: because of what took place on that video, which is condemming to Michael Brown. As I said, pictures and videos DO NOT LIE and in a special way, SECURITY VIDEOS.

Cold weather makes the fire hoses more effective. About thirty years ago they used the hoses on protesters here in the Twin Cities one winter, short circuited the protest in a hurry. Wet and cold is miserable.
Wouldn’t it be great if the grand jury came down with an indictment against Al Sharptown for inciting to riot?
I will be surprised if it's a "no true" finding.

There are quite a number of them available for all mobile platforms (e.g Scanner Radio). Just have to search for “police scanner”. Of course whether the local PD allows the feed is another story.
Also various websites have the feeds. Just type in “police scanner online” in Google and there will be lots of choices. Unfortunately it is still a story of the PD letting that feed go out. Many of them are on delay and can be cut at any moment.
