A grand jury has reached a decision on whether to indict Darren Wilson, the white Ferguson, Mo. police officer whose fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager sparked days of turbulent protests, sources close to the process said.
Sources said that press conferences are being prepared by the county prosecutors’ office and the Missouri governor. Those press conferences will likely come later today.

The cops have a very tight ROE - only return fire, and have positive ID on the shooter.
No clue yet what the Guard’s ROE is - more than likely do not engage

Yes, they have. Holder's last act as AG will be to squelch any prosecution, and to see that any blowback on the part of the victims is prosecuted to the hilt. It has always been apparent, but never more so than now, that the enemies of America are firmly in control of our government.

The LEOs can't fire at the looters because it's not a survivable situation. It would be dangerous even if you are in HMMWV and have a .50 cal machinegun on the roof. A cop or two with .40 handguns are not going to win this battle. All the PD is doing is that they count the crimes and retreat. The looters and arsonists and shooters are perfectly safe from the law. The police is reporting shots fired, subjects in masks, speeding vehicles - and nothing is done about any of that. The police would need ten or twenty cars to stop a car full of thugs.

Sarge (imho) is going to be a huge mistake to not engage. The situation will become more intense during the next few nights if looters and shooters are not engaged (imho) and could spread. Soon there will be no choice but to engage or watch it all burn.
