Good question....not sure it’s true with Grand Jury indictments - I guess I”m a little behind on my Law & Order episodes.....

No. There would be a vote to indict or not.

Leaving without a decision just means they are not done.

Perhaps the Jury has a sense of humor and will keep putting this off.

No. The Washington Times said it was not known when they would reconvene, so they aren’t giving up.

No. It just means they're not finished yet. They were still hearing witnesses up until this past week, and they still need some time to deliberate.

They'll probably finish up and come up with a decision in the next few weeks sometime.

The lefties would like to think that it means that some of the jurors want to indict. I don’t think they can just wait out the bolsheviki because the Communists, Anarchists and Jihadists who have flooded into the area have essentially unlimited financing to hang around so long as needed. These are professionals. They are working for a living fomenting riots and, it is hoped, Revolution. Their employers are the Foundations, Saudis, NGOs and individual Billionaires who are attempting to usher in a formal Oligarchy. The Billionaires think they will rule after the Constitution’s remaining scraps are incinerated. They are wrong. At best they will get a Mussolini. At worst they will get a continuation and formalization of the Sultanate.

They will be back at it soon enough. They all know full well that the officer was justified, they just don't have the cojones to vote for the just response.
