Not the best news...my cataract surgery is going to have to be sooner than later. I was hoping for another year, but it’s not going to happen. So, I guess spring will have to do. The good thing is it is the same place that did my lasik. (I was shocked to learn is was clear back in 1998!) I’m not having trouble getting around, but the eye doctor could barely get me to street legal for driving with new glasses.

But on the way home I stopped at the Blood Bank...good BP and an excellent draw. I’ve learned over many, many years that my veins roll and roll under, and that the vein is shallow. The phlebotomist was excellent!! She said the info that the vein is shallow as the key.

Not too bad a day. Now I’m home and need a nap.

The early dark gets old really quickly. Glad you’ve warmed up. *hugs*

Oh my, well it’s best to get it done.

I was told years ago that I have a cataract, still have it as I’ve never had it removed. I suppose the day will come when it will have to be done. I won’t worry until that time. I got new glasses this summer and no mention was made of a cataract.

My brother just had his cataracts removed...one at a time...and he’s very pleased with the results. Pray that yours goes as well!
