Obama will not implement his unconstitutional amnesty alone. For one, the director of DHS Jeh Johnson will violate immigration law when he orders his underlings to carry out Obama’s diktats.
So, my question is to what extent can Obama’s administrative foot soldiers be held legally responsible for their deeds? Do executive orders protect them? If so, it means the cabinet secretaries hold Obama’s orders as the supreme law of the land, and not the constitution they swore to uphold.
Of course the loathsome Eric Holder or his replacement will do nothing. I’m speaking of the next administration, when perhaps men and women of character are tapped to fill the highest positions. Beginning in 2017, is it possible the new Attorney General will see that charges are filed against those who implemented Obama’s nefarious and unconstitutional orders?
Provided he steps down in the first place.
Dozens of blatant, criminal, unconstitutional, impeachable offenses. Keep pushing that envelope because the GOPe doesn’t have a pair between the entire collective population.

exactly ...But its really more about forcing Republicans to make a stand that will either lose them Hispanic votes or lose them conservative votes. Or that’s what Democrats believe. I personally think it would help the party if they took a stand against illegals and law breakers on the basis of “We are a nation of laws” . The countries south of our border do not allow illegals. They also require voter ID
We get those two simple messages out there and it will significantly hinder bammy's illegal efforts to buy a few million more 'rat votes.

Bingo! All amnesties will be rescinded, so don’t bother applying. The House can NOW start impeachment procedings on any Federal Officer they choose. They can pass the word to Jeh Johnson that if he spends a dime to implement Obama’s dictatorial decrees, he will be impeached. No jail time, just tossed from office. Do one for the education of the others.
How is that going to work electorally if/when a successful initial Amnesty is followed in a few months with a general Amnesty for illegals and then by Citizenship and voting rights basically for anyone in the country formerly illegally? If the Republicans refuse to do whatever is necessary to stop this first Amnesty, then the way is clear and Precedent is set for the rest and the Revolution is over, at least the part that doesn't involve massive use of guns.
The GOPe will talk tough, but do little. They have the best gig of their life; why muck it up.
GOP will never have “the Hispanic vote”. They need to think about saving the Country or there will only be a sewer left.

After destroying the best health care system in the world, Obama is determined to grant wide amnesty to foreigners living illegally in U.S. If Obama wants to make the U.S. into another banana republic, it seems he is well underway to reaching his goal.
The Republicans must make it perfectly clear that Obama has declared a merciless war against the American workers and the middle class of America. There are 92 million of able Americans out of the work force because they cannot find employment and Obama wants to legalize and give work permits to over 11 million illegal aliens allowing them to bring here the rest of their families. In other words, another 25 or 30 million that either will compete with Americans and legal immigrants searching for scarce jobs or are going to be added to welfare, bankrupting Medicaid and the food stamp system as well as ruining even more the quality of the public schools with the massive infuse of hundreds of thousands of children without speaking English to already overburdened schools systems.
Blacks are going to be the main collateral victims of Obama's ill conceived amnesty.
I think he doesn’t care about his Country nor his fellow American citizens. They have been using this “leveling the playing field” mantra for many years. Right now, Obama is using his position (the MSM, Education already in place) to “level the playing field” for the rest of the world. Lowering the United States to thirld-world status (except for the Elites) is leveling the playing field. BUT NEVER FOR THEMSELVES.
The GOP needs to govern as if their lives depended on it and if there will be NO ELECTION in 2016 because their lives, our lives, and OUR COUNTRY’s existence DEPENDS ON IT. There will be NO GOING BACK ONCE WE ARE TIPPED OVER. That’s it. Over
