BOCA RATON, Fla. Texas Gov. Rick Perry said the Lone Star State might sue Barack Obamas administration over the presidents planned executive order to grant relief to as many as 5 million undocumented immigrants.
I think thats probably a very real possibility, Perry said during a panel here at the Republican Governors Associations annual meeting.
Perry, who is considering another presidential bid in 2016, said the cost of illegal immigration is extraordinary. He said his state spends $12 million a month on securing the border.
Perry remarked that state Attorney General Greg Abbott, who was recently elected governor, has described his current job like this: I go to the office, I sue Obama and I go home.
“Might”?! I am starting to give up hope on this country. I am getting old enough to where it won’t matter much in the coming years, but for the next generation and beyond? SMFH
Overwhelming Obama with lawsuits might not be a bad idea.
This is like Bohner’s Pissing in the Pot Lawsuit...
GNDN (Goes Nowhere, Does Nothing)
Did he key your car, Rick?
JUST IGNORE HIS FIAT!
A state can go directly to the Supreme Court for an injunction.
Scalia is Circuit Justice for Texas.
Ping.
LOL Perry is lying.
Did someone ask Perry just what exactly that $12M is buying?
Perry is only going through the motions in order to fool Conservatives into believing that he is tough on illegal immigration.
Perry is just another RINO that supports 100% Amnesty.
well someone will do it if WE keep on them to do it
the media will do EVERYTHING they can to make us forget about Obama’s illegal amnesty including not carrying his address tomorrow. the media will hit us with ferguson, football, the football player that hit his wife in the elevator, a million other things etc.
but we have to not forget about this amnesty as this is what matters the most.
Finally, something made me laugh today. :)
Mites grow on a chickens ass.Just do it.
Yawn.
Where are the real men in this country????????????
He will say something like this, maybe say it several times:
"It was the right thing to do. It was the right thing to do", as if he prayed all night asking God what to do, and he was given some divine inspiration to make such a terrible decision.
What a bunch of crap. I hope that the American people condemn and jeer Obama the rest of his life for such traitorous action.
Might?
How many Texans have to die, first?
RINO Perry would rather FORCE vaccinations on the unwilling
to make a few bucks.
A suit will waste time and money. Go straight to impeachment and put an end to it.
Of course, the GOP will be running has beens and losers back through. Enough already. Get some new blood in there. Make that true conservative new blood.
I hope he got the message that he can file for a federal preliminary injunction in the DC Circuit Court against the tens of millions of cards that will need to be manufactured as the cards have no basis in law.
Stopping the cards effectively leaves Obama with no means to legalize or quasi-legalize the illegals.
Oh Puleeze.
I believe the NG cost 12 million a month a long time back. I would say that adds up if they are still there.
states can apply to the Supreme court for an emergency injunction to stop this unconstitutional executive amnesty order. or we can get one of our state attorney generals to do it as in the attorney general of Texas.
