With rape allegations against Bill Cosby mounting, supermodel Janice Dickinson tells ET in a new interview that the comedian sexually assaulted her in 1982.
Dickinson, now 59, recalls first meeting Cosby, now 77, when her agent set up a meeting with him to hire her for a role on The Cosby Show. After they had dinner, she says their next conversation was when he called her out of the blue while she was in rehab for drugs and alcohol. Following her stay in rehab, Dickinson says Cosby reached out to her during a trip to Bali and had her travel to Lake Tahoe, because he was performing there and wanted to offer her the job they had discussed as well as help her with a singing career.
Dickinson says they had dinner in Lake Tahoe, and claims that he gave her a glass of red wine and a pill, which she asked for because she was menstruating and had stomach pains.

And that's when she tells ET that things took a disturbing turn.
"The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," she tells ET. "... Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs."

That's not true. Temple University basketball staffer Constand claimed she was raped at Cosby's Philly house. Cosby settled that suit. Bowman claimed she was raped at Cosby's house. Others claimed they were raped at Cosby's house.
However, rather disturbing that Cosby jokes about spiking women's drinks in his album It's true, it's true?
Rather disturbing that Cosby gave an interview with Ebony magazine in which he said he gave up on chasing young women after he turned 40 (by which time he'd been married for thirteen+ years) because it was too much effort to make love to a twenty-year old?
Rather disturbing that Cosby testified that he paid money for about 20 years to keep mother Shawn Upshaw and purported illegitimate daughter Autumn Jackson quiet?
Rather disturbing that Cosby testified under oath that he has sex with Shaw Upshaw only once, when evidence showed she was his long-time mistress, and Cosby's wife said the knew Upshaw was Cosby's long-time mistress?
HamiltonJay’s post assumes that not being wealthy or well known gives any immunity to the risk of false sexual accusations.
The present sex regulation laws were written by FemiNazi’s to remove the need for real proof in a court of law. The argument advanced as justification for passing such Constitution violating laws was that “Women never lie about such things.” That was a lie, because the court records have many cases of women lying about things sexual.
As the presnet laws are written, anyone can be accused of a sexual “impropriety, illegal act, ad infinitum. No proof need be provided for a trial to be held.
Wonderful! We are reduced to being tried on unsubstantiated claims put forward by not just adult females, but also minors and the minors now have the assumption of being truthful.

Worst of all, even worse than the costs of defending against baseless charges is the sad fact that thanks to two generations of Pooblik Skrewl Collective edmacators, the public now accepts a claimant’s claim on face value.

What I did post was that being famous makes you a target, period. Sad reality of the world today.
Okay. I’m really not setting an opinion either way. I am hoping it’s wrong but i maintain an open mind about it.

The key issues I have are people saying "these women kept their mouths shut for 35 (or 45) years." Heck no, I can give you names of women who opened their mouths 30 years ago. When their names are being brought up now, and not by them, for some reason FReepers are saying "why did they wait to bring this up now?"
People are saying "the timing of this is suspicious because the Republicans won the 11/4 midterms." Yes, the Republicans did. However, this current Cosby ruckus started onstage with Hannibal Buress at Philly's Trocadero Theatre the evening of October 16, 2014. If it was about the elections, somebody was prescient.
So far with all of these “stories” I notice the women all made horribly bad judgements. What sane person would even go out to dinner (for a job? come on) with a married man?

And then he raped her. Some guy. And a regular at the Playboy Mansions in Chicago and L.A.
While he was married.
Cosby is a racist of first order. Refuses to hire anyone white, proud of it and talks about it with a chip on his shoulder.
When I read that I thought of all the white people who supported his work and decided I didn’t anymore.

Personally, I'd say the dam burst back in 2005, but nobody cared.
Among 239 'coincidences,' two of the accusers from around that era, who didn't know each other and who didn't know that the other was speaking to police or friends, told police and/or friends and family that it started when Cosby stood behind them and started massaging their heads, telling them that he concentrated better that way.
That led to Cosby grabbing the women's hands and forcing them to his crotch.
Just one of those everyday coincidences. Happens all of the time.

I understand why he’s keeping his mouth shut now. ANything he says can only make it worse. I wonder if he’ll off himself, or become a recluse?
I think we will see many more girls/women now come forward with corroborating stories. I wonder if Cos will go recluse now?
