Amazing 8:33 min/sec video of testimony by Professor Jonathan Turley, George Washington University Law Professor on the subject of Barry Soetoro's tyranny.

The only option then is Civil War - and that must not happen.
The lawsuit will not succeed in any legal sense but it will be politically powerful with the hard left Turley representing the government.
Turley believes 0bama is in the wrong and feels strongly about it.
Jmho
So what does Mark Levin suggest as the correct action to be pursued?
He may have written a book answering that question.
I have never liked Turley but he is a pro when it comes to the Constitution, and he sincerely believe in it.
I don’t think it is such a bad move.
Obama will have inside info ,D’oh
Your answer may be correct. LOL, I'm still clueless though. With my macular degeneration I find it hard to read books anymore. I have to use a magnifying glass nowadays.
Currently I am struggling with Visual Basic 2010 and not loving it at all.
Lawsuit will not succeed. Will not result in civil war. Courts don’t like to get involved in “political” disputes between the branches. The current Supreme Court does not have enough conservatives on it for this.
Sadly, we have deviated from our constitutional form of government over the past century. Thats why Mark Levin has written The Liberty Amendments, a set of proposed constitutional amendments that will unambiguously downsize the federal government by targeting specific loopholes that have allowed the statists to adulterate our Constitution. More here.
Sorry about your vision problems.
He does not have an answer. He does not.
Concur on Turley, 100%.
Thanks I appreciate that. Fortunately they now have eye vitamin & mineral supplement that supposedly will prevent me from going totally blind. My only real complaint is that I am unable to drive my vette like I would like to. LOL, that may be a good thing.
Health wise I can't really complain so the slight loss of vision making it hard, but not impossible, to read books is more of an inconvenience than anything else. All in all I thank the Lord for what he has provided me.
Now that I know the name of the book I may try to read it. It has to be better reading than Visual Basic 2010 that my boss has asked me to learn. Being an old mainframe programmer I am not too enthusiastic about learning a new trick at this stage of my life but I will soldier on.
Here's wishing you good health, more happiness than sadness, & enough wealth to satisfy all of your needs and some of your wants, in that order, as that is the important order in my opinion.
Have a great day.
