Yawn. Democrats can do nothing to convince blacks they are clueless dupes. What possible reason do Democrats have to care in the slightest what blacks, as a group, think?
They know that block is good for 9 votes in 10 no matter what. Why spend political capital on such a reliably lame voting block?
