Take-no-prisoners radio host Mark Levin is congenitally incapable of mincing words, and his visceral reaction to top Obamacare consultant Jonathan Gruber's jaw-dropping admission of the law's inherent deceit is wholly in character.
How much longer, Levin asks, are Americans willing to tolerate a thuggish government "growing more tyrannical every day"?
Levin on his radio show Wednesday night prefaced his remarks by playing audio of Obama's numerous empty promises about the so-called Affordable Care Act, and a clip of remarks by Donald Berwick, appointed by Obama in 2010 to run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. During an event two years earlier marking the 60th anniversary of Britain's socialized health care system, Berwick claimed that "any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must -- must -- redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent health care is by definition redistributional."

In listening to a lot of news programs lately, I detect a serious move on the part of lefties to not say “Obamacare”. They have been given an edict to say “The Affordable Care Act.”
I suggest everyone start calling “ObamaCare” “GruberCare”....whenever and wherever they can.
Praetorian Guard Media ping
I disagree.
Keep the onus where it belongs, on O'bummer -
He would love it to be shifted from him - easy to then denounce and deny - nothing his fault.
The media would LOVE to comply to your suggestion - protect their messiah
Actually, Obama is here for two more years regardless. He will do what he does. It won’t do any good to harp on ObamaCare because it pushes the efforts to condemn that law for its many, many flaws and deceit over to Obama who will continue to do what he does - and the law will stand because “we’re all racists who hate Obama.”
GruberCare puts a level of collusion, deceit, obfuscation and illegality behind its formulation and could serve as a focal point for repeal efforts - all his deceit, lying and conflicts of interest are irretrievably ‘out there’ and can’t be denied.
The peasants will never rise up in this sh!thole country.
It’s all a romantic dream by those of us who still believe in the old USA.
No matter what we call it....Obama's made a blunder of Ceausescuian proportions....he and all his factotums who facilitated this hoax are going to have to face the music.
save for later
Well, we can dream, can’t we? Especially in the Ceausescu connection.
We would need the cooperation of the military for any Ceausescuian outcome - - and we’ve seen what obama’s done with the military.
I was really thinking more along the lines of giving each House and Senate Republican (and their staff), pages ripped from the official copy PPACA law signed by Obama, to be ceremoniously used as toilet paper, signifying its repeal, and then dumped on the sucker’s desk.
Might be interesting to tune in to the Sunday news shows this weekend.
“Well, we can dream, cant we? Especially in the Ceausescu connection.”
Especially the ending of the Ceausescu story.
Perhaps they should "Thank God" that the voters are too stupid to all support 2A and take up those arms. No, instead they "stupidly" rely on a corrupt political "process".
“The peasants will never rise up in this sh!thole country.”
That’s what George III thought, too.
Goobercare or gubercare anyone?
I don’t believe he deserves an “r”

Interesting point that was also brought up last night in a very interesting conversation with an old friend who is a retired international banker and one of the smartest/wordly people I know.
He’s pretty much of a cynic in that he almost always defaults to the view that nothing is coincidental or accidental.
So, yeah, why now?
As we say around the office, ‘stay tuned’.
