If you Freepers look outside, you can see that the Bozo's executive orders have already had a major impact on global warming ... before they were even issued!

You cannot make Law with executive actions, you can clarify existing laws.

“toxic coal ash”?

Ash from powerplants is a welcome addition to the mix that concrete blocks are made from, as they add strength and volume for low cost.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_order

“United States Presidents issue executive orders to help officers and agencies of the executive branch manage the operations within the federal government itself. Executive orders have the full force of law[1] when they take authority from a power granted directly to the Executive by the Constitution, or are made in pursuance of certain Acts of Congress that explicitly delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation). Like both legislative statutes and regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review, and may be struck down if deemed by the courts to be unsupported by statute or the Constitution. Major policy initiatives usually require approval by the legislative branch, but executive orders have significant influence over the internal affairs of government, deciding how and to what degree laws will be enforced, dealing with emergencies, waging war, and in general fine policy choices in the implementation of broad statutes.”

You won’t see the judiciary or the legislative branches strike down any of his EOs.

Make no mistake, Obama feels he has nothing to lose. He will do anything and everything to get his way. He couldn’t care less about what it does to the country, to his own party, or to Republicans. He is going all out on what might appear to be a political suicide mission to anyone else, but Obama is betting that no one will do anything about it. And lets face it... so far no one really has.

Let’s all pray to God that Obama is wrong about the resolve of his opponents. Let’s pray that Republicans will have the courage and political fortitude to meet him move for move and fight off every destructive move Obama will make. Obama will make the next two years very dangerous to the future of our country. Most of all let us pray that the coming outrageous power grab by Obama will fail and that our country will survive and that this will cause a backlash that will bring sanity back to our country’s electorate.

I’m certainly no expert on climate, but from what I can gather, our ‘total atmospheric CO2 level’ is just 3.4% IF I’m not mistaken, correct? and man’s contribution to the total atmospheric CO2 level is a piddly 0.003%? (I’m not sure these figures are correct, but I believe they are close?)

So, if our ‘total atmospheric CO2 level’ is only 3.4%, how in the world is such an insignificant portion of the total atmosphere responsible for global climate change? The ‘man-caused warmists’ make it seem like there is a huge thick blanket of CO2 surrounding the planet, preventing heat from escaping the atmosphere, and being reflected back toward earth, causing global climate change- but rationally, with just 3.4% of our atmosphere being CO2, once must either conclude one of two things, either there are scattered small, insignificant pockets of CO2 in the atmosphere which no doubt are separated by 1000’s of miles where the atmosphere contains NO CO2- OR that there is a ‘blanket of CO2’ surrounding the earth, but that it is so thin that it couldn’t possibly be trapping ANY heat at all.

IF the UN and our government, and other world governments are going to impose trillions and trillions of dollars of fines, mandates and regulations in the name of ‘man-caused’ global warming- shouldn’t they be REQUIRED to explain to the world how just 3.4% of our ‘total atmospheric CO2 level’ I capable of causing global climate change? And shouldn’t they be required to explain why, despite rising CO2 levels by man (which is still only 0.003%) why the earth hasn’t warmed in 18 years now? Why aren’t the republicans screaming these facts from the rooftops? The fact that the ‘total atmospheric CO2 level’ is only 3.4%, and that there is no possible way such a small amount could affect global temperatures, should be enough for credible scientists to put a complete stop to this nonsense- this scam- and it should be enough for republicans to put a stop to all this nonsense once and for all- We’re about to be slammed with massive fines and regulations, and both the republicans and democrats sit idly back and are content it seems to let this lie infest the world, financially crippling everyone- We’re already suffering staggering high energy costs, and it’s going to get much much worse- and the GOP is nearly silent on the issue?
