Ms. Lynch will receive fair consideration by the Senate. I think the Senate should be as fair to Ms. Lynch as previous Senates were to Supreme Court nominees Clarence Thomas and, famously, Robert Bork.

If I was a Republican Senator, I’d crawl up on the dais of the floor and take a dump if I had to in order to stop her confirmation. As far as I’m concerned EVERY FRIGGING APPOINTMENT this pResident makes from now on is DOA.

It wont matter, in the end she will be approved either way.
Yeah, the Republicans will put on a show for the peeps, but it wont change the fact that she will be appointed.

I was very surprised to see Judge Andrew Napolitano sing her praises last night on Fox.
He says she is a serious judicious judge of great character. They played some clips of her saying some stupid crap about Obamacare, but he said that was before the Supreme Court ruled on the issue. He said she would follow the letter of the law.
That said, he also had suggestions for confirmation questions, the best one (IMO) being "Will you enforce the laws as written, even if President Obama disagrees with a particular law?"
The fact that question has even become necessary under this dirtbag president is infuriating.
I think, barring a corpse under her porch, she'll cruise through confirmation now or next term.

She'll be OK according to Andrew Napolitano and Mike Lee on Kelly file last night. But Lee wants to wait until new senate is in place so that he will be able to ask as many questions as he likes, and get her on the record without Leahy being able to shut him down.
Lee: [Kelly says confidential - should be controversial] 4 minutes
Napolitano: 3 min after 30 sec ad.
