The Daily Caller is reporting that Rush Limbaugh and his legal team have delivered a letter to the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee threatening a lawsuit regarding out-of-context statements attributed to the host after he mocked on his show Ohio State's new mandatory sexual consent guidelines regarding sexual assault on campus.
Rush has demanded a public retraction and public apology.
Athough Limbaugh is a public figure and there is an almost impossible bar for notables to hurdle regarding libel and slander laws his letter states there is substantial grounds for defamation based on legal precendent (Price vs. Stossel).

On the MENSA question, I believe you are supposed to figure out what goes inside the third triangle. I came up with a solution of ‘1’, but would like to see if I can come up with a better method.
I actually knew you were to solve for the triangle but with what I don’t understand. Are all the rows supposed to relate in some way or the pyramid relate to the numbers above and below? How does a 1 relate to what?
