People are funny that way. They cling to their bibles and guns. And then if you declare war on them, they don’t want to vote for you.
Coal-heavy districts in West Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois that had been steadily moving away from Democrats in recent elections appear to have completed that shift Tuesday, when they overwhelmingly backed Republicans who vowed to oppose what they call President Barack Obama’s “war on coal.”
In West Virginia, once a long-time Democratic stronghold, Republicans will take control of both houses of the state legislature for the first time since 1931. Republicans picked up seven seats in the state Senate to bring the balance to 17-17, and then Democrat Daniel Hall switched parties Wednesday to give the majority to the GOP.
Voters there also elected Rep. Shelley Moore Capito as their first GOP senator in 56 years, and Republicans won three congressional contests, even kicking out 38-year incumbent Rep. Nick Rahall.
Dems decided to get rid of coal. West Virginia decided to get rid of Dems.
It’s one of those blowback things that liberals are really good at explaining when it’s Muslims chopping heads, not so good at understanding when it’s Americans voting for Republicans.
One battle in the Dems war on all Americans. I can’t begin to count the number of battles.
Yeah . . . all those toothless Bill Hillies cling to too many Bibles and guns . . . y’know . . . don’t wanna’ go on food stamps like the Obamabots love to. ‘Dey wanna’ feed their famblies.
Keep on eye on Joe Manchin over the next 2 months. I think he may either become a Republican or Independent and ditch the Democrats.

The war on coal and any other energy produced in the USA is a criminal action against the innocent civilians living the areas attacked by Obama’s EPA thugs.
Eventually, it leads to higher energy prices for the rest of us re heating our homes/business and providing the needed electricity.
Joe Manchin better get with the program and turn his butt into a Republican, like right now!!! And.....I’ll give you folks another gem....which you won’t believe.....New Jersey Senator, Cory Booker better put an “R” after his name...or he wil go nowhere, politically. Obama is poison and toxic for him at the same time. Booker...can become a major political force inside the Republican Party. Remaining in the Democrat Party he just simply dies on the vine of progressive, liberal failure. African-Americans are lost in the wilderness, politically, following failed, con men, shyster leaders starting with Obama, the CBC, The NAACP, the Democrat Party and their politically biased “church leaders”!!!

In this present political war the Democrats have been pushed back. Their next “all in” strategy is to legalize tens of millions of illegal aliens. It’s their Battle of the Bulge. It can get ugly and/or violent so fast in so many ways. Republicans must anticipate the worst and be prepared.
