This seems to be his attempt to change the news cycle away from GOP victory. He wants to dominate the cycle. Long winded answers to his agenda...probably will be successful. Also speech to low-info voters....

If that was the case, the rate increases for 2015 would have been release before the election.

They intentionally have delayed many of the rate increases until after the election yesterday.
The big squawking may yet to be coming.
