People have no scruples anymore do they?
Regardless that the money was flying around on the road, it didn’t belong to them!
Unless they were picking it up to return it thats just theft, I hope they will be apprehended and tossed in the pokey!

Unless they were picking it up to return it thats just theft, I hope they will be apprehended and tossed in the pokey! Back when the Cubans first arrived in Miami, a similar occurrence took place. Police found every bill in the incident's neighborhood was held down by a rock.
