Mr. Grayson is refusing to support his family because he is claiming that she was never divorced from her first husband and therefore their marriage was never legitimate. Hmm...I didn't know you could refuse child support on that basis. Guess we'll find out.

even people who were never married have to pay child support, heck some of them aren’t even the father and have to pay

Legally, he can’t. If they are his kids, and in some cases even if they aren’t but he has been acting as a parent, he is legally required to support them.

The kids are his, thus his responsibility. Regardless of the legal status of his relationship with the mother.
A man that has the means but won’t take care of HIS children should be kneecapped.
