That store owner had every right to put a bullet in that scumbags head. Look at those photos, clear threat to his life. The slimebag just robbed his store now he is threatening him, he could have had a gun or knife for all the store owner knew.
Doesn’t sound like there’s a reason to charge him with anything. Police department incompetence that left Gentle Giant’s body in the street for hours needs to be addressed, though.
