A nurse held in quarantine for Ebola monitoring in New Jersey plans to file a federal lawsuit challenging her confinement as a violation of her civil rights, her lawyer told Reuters on Sunday.

According to a Freeper on Ebola Surveillance, there were 15 tractor truck loads of waste that needed to be destroyed for just 2 (two) Ebola patients at Emory. So stick that up your complaining orifice !!

This builds on the mistake of the AIDS epidemic, where people could get a diagnosis of a fatal sexually transmitted disease and not have to have it labeled on their ID or bodies - risking the possibility of them having sex and spreading it because there was no central database or standard identification method.
Their right to privacy trumped the right of everyone else to know.

The CDC , for some reason, doesn’t want anyone (at least in the US anyway) to ‘quarantined’. I bet the ‘lawsuit’ was discussed before she even left Africa.

She thinks so little about her fellow citizens she would sue to be free to possibly infect them with a disease she could have, but won’t know for certain for a few weeks.
