Voting machines that switch Republican votes to Democrats are being reported in Maryland.
“When I first selected my candidate on the electronic machine, it would not put the ‘x’ on the candidate I chose -- a Republican -- but it would put the ‘x’ on the Democrat candidate above it,” reported Donna Hamilton.
“This happened multiple times with multiple selections. Every time my choice flipped from Republican to Democrat. Sometimes it required four or five tries to get the ‘x’ to stay on my real selection,” the Frederick, Md., resident said Thursday.
Two other Maryland voters reported the same problem in Anne Arundel County on Friday.

Exactly. I’m sure it is only a calibration error, it is just remarkable that they seem to always be miscalibrated to select a democrat, given the screen layout. We MUST have stricter laws, it appears that, currently, nobody seems to do much when it happens. What is the process? Are there ANY laws about this?
Amazing how private industry can produce tens of millions of touchscreen devices each year and not have this problem.

Stops Secrecy in Vote Tabulation: OVC has a team of scientists ready to program computer software for voting machines and electoral tabulation that would be publicly owned or open source. Open source software could be checked by any party or group by hiring a capable computer programmer.
Provides Paper Trail: The OVC recommended procedure for tabulating elections relies on a paper ballot that is then fed through a scanner into a locked ballot box so that all originals are saved in case of the need for a recount or audit.
Scientifically Verifiable: In addition to open source voting machine and tabulation software, the Open Voting Consortium is also working on a database checklist for standard practices in vote tabulation that would assure transparency and accountability. Some aspects of the OVC concept will soon be enfolded into California legislation.

Chinese hackers steal every secret the Pentagon has while all the affirmative action employees are reading the paper or watching porn or playing golf. Does anybody seriously think these voting machines (computers) can’t similarly be tinkered with!? God only knows but I imagine we owe the current crop of Marxists and socialists in the WH to these machines!
The time is here to throw them all away and go back to a paper ballot that does not have a hanging chad.
And, at some polling stations, a squad of marines needs to be posted to make the bastards observe the fn rules!
And yes, I know that their supporters appear to be mostly leftists. I think that just shows that the leftists believe their propaganda that there isn’t any voter fraud. The ideas are still sound.
