The official St. Louis County autopsy report [link at URL] on Michael Brown who was killed by Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson on August 9, has been obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. According to the newspaper, two independent forensic experts who looked at the report indicated that results support Wilson's version of events. But one of the experts quoted in the story has since said that the newspaper presented her remarks without some very important context. ...

Last violations done by MB. 1. theft with assaulting store clerk. 2. jaywalking middle of the street. 3. refusing commands by PO to move to sidewalk. 4. physically assaulting PO in the SUV. 5. refusing to surrender to PO upon commands. 6. charging aggressively toward PO.

Its too bad that officer Wilson could not have pepper sprayed, taser or hit him with the club however MB met his demise due to his very unwise and unlawful actions.

Laissez-faire capitalist:" Apparently, Dr. Judy Melinek did not say that the autopsy results indicate that Michael brown reached for officer Darren Wilson's gun,.."

A forensic expert is a scientist of physical evidence.
The interpretation of the physical evidence is outside of her area of expertise.

I also think Wilson’s story makes a lot more sense then Brown’s accomplice. I can’t see Wilson reaching out of his car window to pull a 300 pound guy through that window. He would have been at a big disadvantage while he was sitting and Brown was standing. It makes no sense to me.

What some are trying to say, is that the residue could have come from the fatal discharges of the weapon at close range.

It’s simply undeniable that he went for the officer’s weapon. The officer reported the scuffle in his statement. The witnesses confirm the scuffle. The gun went off.

What’s left to discuss, once that is known?

The talk of him getting the residue when fatally shot, is mute, the prior facts already being established.

We’re in agreement. I’m just explaining the alternative view, which I think is preposterous.

Anytime that I knew anything about a case that was reported in the press the newspaper always got it wrong or emphasized the wrong facts. Period. Reporters ane now chosen for their intelligence.

I never said Michael Brown's autopsy confirmed Darren Wilson's story

But it does.

They are complaining that "news leaks" confirm the officer's story. Because they do.

Brown was not shot in the back, his hands were not up when he was shot. He did try to take the officer's gun, and he did try to rush him.

And it is undeniable, undeniable, that he was a violent thug who had committed a robbery moments prior to attacking the policeman.

Would the statement change if the threat of a New Black Panther lynching was removed

Maybe Brown was just hanging inside the car to give the officer a hamburger, fries, and cigar. The officer was cleaning his weapon and it accidentally went off.

Brown tried to run away, but the cop called him back and shot him because the fires were cold.

Yeah, that’s the story and I’m sticking to it.
