Could control of the Senate in 2014 be decided by illegal votes cast by non-citizens? Some argue that incidents of voting by non-citizens are so rare as to be inconsequential, with efforts to block fraud a screen for an agenda to prevent poor and minority voters from exercising the franchise, while others define such incidents as a threat to democracy itself. Both sides depend more heavily on anecdotes than data.

Simply check the votes, and institute one year at hard labor for each and every fraudulent vote, followed by mandatory deportation.
Put them to work building a Southern wall From California to Texas.
Time to put a fork in the ol' republic I think.
Not only CAN non-citizens decide the election, they WILL decide the election. The degree of Dem voter fraud is unprecedented. We are no longer a constitutional republic, but we ARE a banana republic.
I agree with you, except for the clown suit.
For your list.
One thing is well known, that illegal aliens are very, very aware of Spanish language news and advertisement. South of the border, a single story that times are tough for illegals in the US causes a big drop in illegal crossings, and vice versa. The word does get out.
This being said, an obvious answer to illegal aliens voting is to warn them ahead of time that it is a “serious” crime for non-citizens to vote, and if they are caught illegally voting, they will go to jail and they and their families will be deported.
Of course, this is filled with half truths, but there is nothing the Democrats could say to them that will persuade them to vote if they think they could be punished for it.
It is just easier to not vote.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
The illegal voters are only one small part of the voting problem. Just as big of a problem is the problem of completely fraudulent votes being cast, or mailed in.
There is a consent decree the Republicans signed preventing them from doing that.

How did we get here?
Our research cannot answer whether the United States should move to legalize some electoral participation by non-citizens as many other countries do, and as some U.S. states did for more than 100 years, or find policies that more effectively restrict it. But this research should move that debate a step closer to a common set of facts.
These idiots don't know the meaning of illegal alien, what bozos.!
Could non-citizens decide the November election?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Yep. Thats why the voter ID war is being waged in Texas.
There’s your answer. The ‘rats will fight tooth and nail to preserve voter fraud, in all its guises. They know that they have won many elections because of it.
bttt
Thanks to gov Chickenpooper signing same day voter registration here in Colorado, dems can literally drive vanloads of illegals from polling place to polling place, register them and vote them over and over again. There will be huge fraud numbers we will have to overcome in Colorado to post any sort of win.
You're probably right. Haven't seen any credible documentation to the contrary. That pdf file of a purported Hawaii BC that was produced on the White House web site in 2011 can't pass the smell test for authenticity!
The case you cite and link to only restrains the Republican National Committee. It does NOT apply to Republican officeholders or other Republican or "conservative" groups. In fact, a number have raised the issue of election fraud cogently.
Couldn't have put it any better!
Even further, any alien who attempts to vote in an American election should be physically escorted out of the polling place by police and booked for violation of the state election law. Upon conviction, he should be deported!
They aren’t doing it though, are they?
