I gave up hopes on any SC justice years ago.

And what a total tool John Roberts has been. Oy!

Even if the SCOTUS had a 7-2 majority of conservatives, I don’t see much opportunity for real effective change. Why? Becuase the real balance of power has shifted primarily to the Executive Branch. I know this is wrong, and not how it should be. But decades of a lame Congress and even weaker Supreme Court have just left me so disappointed.

Here’s a compromise... Have Ted Cruz serve as President for eight years. Then having corrected the many wrongs of Obama and having set in place a solid foundation for future conservatives; he can then accept a place of authority in the Supreme Court.

That's a good and very logical idea. That would then pave the way for a still vibrant Louie Gohmert to advance to an executive level, perhaps even President!
