The two other wounded suspects were airlifted to other hospitals for emergency surgery but somehow fell out of the helicopter at 1,500 feet.

It’s funny how we keep hearing more and more about these kinds of stories while at the same time the gubmint is telling us that crime has fallen off dramatically since Obama rose to powah.
Last week around 9 P.M. I heard someone knocking on the front door. I was already in bed but watching TV. By the time I got up and got to the door, no one was there.
I grabbed a powerful light and opened the back door but could see no one there either. I went back to the front and saw a young Black guy with his shirt totally unbuttoned. He was around 30 feet away and had obviously had been hiding somewhere around the house.
When I shined him with the light, he asked if I had a gas can. I told him I did but there was no way to get gas within several miles.
He then went to his car which was parked just off the road and promptly left. He obviously was not out of gas.
I could have kicked myself for answering the door unarmed. I don’t know why I hadn’t picked up a pistol because I normally would have.
I am grateful that I had not answered the door immediately because I am fairly certain he was up to no good. There are no Blacks living within several miles of here.
I did learn my lesson. Never again will I answer the door at night without a pistol in my hand.
