They should give him the highest honor and nobody should ever ask him to pay for a meal, a drink, or a place to stay. Everyone should be looking out for him for the rest of his life, just as he did for all of Canada.

I hope he gets some counseling. Killing another human being, even in self defense, is hard on the human psyche.

I’m afraid for his family. His name is out in the public and spreading worldwide. He and his closets family will become Jihad targets. There won’t be any way to protect them.

- I doubt this was his first rodeo -
- He had along resume in the RCMP and they are well trained and efficient LE officers
- This will give the gun rights issues in Canada something to think about -
- A big congrats and hello to my tough and hearty McLeod relatives on PEI in the Great White North -
- - There can only be one . . .

The Brits had their Vickers Machine gun, thank God, the Canadians had Mr. Vickers.

Running down a hallway “to” the sound of a whole lot of gunfire is not something just “everybody” would have done.
Mr. Vickers was the right man in the right place at the right time with the right tool in his hand and a warriors heart!
I totally agree with your post.

My thought, as well. He was near tears this morning when he brought in the mace to start the parliament session.

"I hope he gets some counseling. Killing another human being, even in self defense, is hard on the human psyche." Islamo-terror-zombies aren't human beings, my friend. I'm sure this hero didn't miss any sleep last night, other than his phone ringing to congratulate him.

Sadly, this just put Vickers at the top of the terrorists’ list.

One would hope all that is true. US LE seems to not have that problem. A couple weeks back, there was an article about a killing. Legit kill, but people reacted negatively to the celebratory fist bumping. That was unnerving.
One article on it. Some of it was on FR
