* Wilson said he managed to fire the gun, and hit Brown's hand.
* Said after that Brown fled, turned, and charged at him again.
* At this point, Wilson said, he fired several more shots, killing Brown.
* Lawyers for Brown's family angrily denied the claims.
* Wilson's version contradicts other accounts of the August 9 killing.
A Missouri police officer's full account of why he shot dead unarmed teen Michael Brown has been revealed for the first time - and he describes a frantic struggle inside his police car during which Brown grabbed the officer's gun, twisted it around and pointed it at him.
Darren Wilson’s testimony, as leaked to the St Louis Post-Dispatch, fills in holes in the chronology of the shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, on 9 August left by an earlier excerpt of his testimony leaked at the weekend – and is sure to further stoke the controversy surrounding the shooting.
The police officer’s dramatic account of events depicts a life-or-death struggle inside his police car with the 'incredibly strong' teen – after Brown allegedly punched him in the face and reached for his gun.
And, significantly, Wilson claims he shot Brown dead as the teen charged at him on the street – after the alleged attacker apparently retreated for a period when he was shot in the hand by Brown during the struggle in the car....

The fact Brown was shot in the hand seems to be new evidence and reason for Brown breaking off the scuffle in the car

Much hay is being made about how many of the witnesses statements contradict Wilsons.
We need to keep in mind that the very first LIVE TV statement came from liar Dorian Johnson and all the others had time to see that and develop their own. ‘
Also with 24 hours DW was giving videotaped statements to St. Louis County Police and the FBI. He could not go back and recant those statements.
Eric Holder knew this testimony BEFORE he sent his goon squad to Ferguson. Holder’s goal was not a fair DOJ investigation, it was race hustling. Pathetic.

Even before that, if he hadn’t of been stealing things from a store and strong-arming the owner, he’d be alive today.

The same kind that steals blunts from a liquor store in front of the OWNER and several CAMERAS, and then roughs up the store owner.
The same kind that loots and burns down a QT with dozens of media cameras on them and cops standing there watching.
Are you saying that Brown was so dumb he didn't know from experience that you either run AWAY from the cops, or you drop to the ground ?
I have never seen a suspect run TOWARDS A COP as a manner of surrendering, have you ?
