Time to send the UN packing.
I am all for it and let the UN foot the bill, without the involvement of our tax Dollars. Let’s face it, there never was or ever will be any cure for stupidity, this includes socialism as well as some religions which thrive on creating mayhem instead of better understanding.

Everybody who pays a phone bill pays for free cell phones for low income people, Life Line/Obamaphone offers free phone and 250 minutes (500 minutes first 4 months) and offers unlimited minutes and texts for an additional $30 a month, so they can chat on the phone all day.

They think they’re the world government and are eager to micromanage the globe.
I can tell that the woman carrying those jugs does not spend a lot of time sitting on the couch watching “Judge Judy” shows on weekday afternoons, eating platefull after and platefull of SNAP treats.
Maybe THAT’s the answer - form a bucket brigade from the Detroit River and carry nice fresh Canadian snowmelt water up into the housing and projects of fine Detroit neighborhoods. The locals lose weight, the water gets delivered. They could set up TV’s along the bucket route if going without all-day “entertainment” would be asking too much.
Hand out free buckets....there is this huge lake down the road....
As much as you can carry is free....
The vast number of these people are not being denied water....
They simply need to pay their water bills...
If truly disabled or ill they can make exceptions...or give them a break...
Probably under 5 % of the parasites are in that situation....

It would certainly be well underfunded.
A while back I saw Nigel Farage talking about NATO and the fact that the USA picks up some 30% of the tab with Great Britain close to 20% and all others just a couple percent. He did point out that some of the nations don’t have the money but are very solid allies (Poland) as opposed to nations like Turkey who are all take and no give.
