It would certainly be well underfunded.
A while back I saw Nigel Farage talking about NATO and the fact that the USA picks up some 30% of the tab with Great Britain close to 20% and all others just a couple percent. He did point out that some of the nations don’t have the money but are very solid allies (Poland) as opposed to nations like Turkey who are all take and no give.
Lake Huron....is not that far from Detroit...
maybe the UN can BUY Lake Huron...and build a pipeline to the “poorer” neighborhoods....?
