Exclusive: Obama Administration Quietly Prepares 'Surge' Of Millions Of New Immigrant IDs

Despite no official action from the president ahead of the election, the Obama administration has quietly begun preparing to issue millions of work authorization permits, suggesting the implementation of a large-scale executive amnesty may have already begun.

Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

The request for proposals says the agency will need a minimum of four million cards per year. In the “surge,” scenario in 2016, the agency would need an additional five million cards – more than double the baseline annual amount for a total of 9 million.

“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards,” the document says.

The agency is buying the materials need to construct both Permanent Residency Cards (PRC), commonly known as green cards, as well as Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards which have been used to implement President Obama's “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) program. The RFP does not specify how many of each type of card would be issued.

Jessica Vaughan, an immigration expert at the Center for Immigration Studies and former State Department official, said the document suggests a new program of remarkable breadth.

Sadly, the Republicans have already said they will go along with so-called immigration reform.

We have no representation in Washington.

Perhaps this the plan is to “legalize” all of the aliens already here, more than to bring in this many more new ones. The 12 million estimate is widely thought to be ridiculously low, and this proposal might reflect a more realistic government estimate of the current illegal population size.

I’m in the “send ‘em” back camp, myself.

Long past time to prosecute Obama as a paid agent of foreign govts.

COLLUSION, CONSPIRACY, EXTORTION
Obama is colluding w/ corrupt foreign federales, conspiring to overthrow the US govt.
Importing vast numbers of "pressure groups" to prod vote-crazed
pols into voting billions in foreign aid.

EXTORTIONIST Guatemalan President Otto Perez warns
the US will be inundated w/ even more contagious illegals
if billions of US tax dollars are not handed over.

GUATEMALA CITY (Reuters) - The United States should provide billions of dollars to help Central American nations curb the flow of illegal migrants, Guatemalan President Otto Perez said, and his government warns the problem will get worse if Washington fails to help.

Fleeing violence, trying to reach relatives already in the United States or seeking jobs, record numbers of child migrants from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador have been stopped at the southern U.S. border this year, causing widespread alarm. Last month, the three countries pitched Washington an ambitious development plan to confront the issue.

They want to pump about $10 billion into the region to create jobs and lift living standards, with the bulk of funding coming from the United States, Perez told Reuters. He hopes the plan could come up with about $2 billion a year from 2015 to 2019, a sum he equated to roughly 10 percent of annual U.S. spending on border security and immigration enforcement.

"Now we understand it's not simply a question of the United States saying: 'Right, here's $2 billion a year for five years' for example - the governments of the three countries have to play their part too," the conservative Perez, who took power in early 2012, said in an interview late on Monday.

The US aid package would boost infrastructure and provide more jobs in all three countries, especially in areas that send large numbers of migrants to the United States, he added.

The three Central American governments are urging the United States to shoulder the lion's share of the costs, arguing that U.S. demand for illegal narcotics has fueled violence among drug gangs across much of the impoverished region.

"The United States has to support this, it has no other option," Guatemala's foreign minister, Carlos Morales, told Reuters. "If they don't support it, the crisis will kick off again, you can count on it."

Perez said he hoped the United States would put up about 60 percent of funding. "But we'll have to discuss it calmly and see what each individual country can do, and what can be achieved by common consent."

During meetings in New York in September, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told Central American officials he hoped Congress could approve about $300 million in funding, Morales said, noting the sum was "nothing" given the scale of the problem.

Central American leaders are due to meet Vice President Joe Biden on Nov. 12 in Washington to sound out U.S. support for their plan, Morales added.--SNIP--

34 million illegal immigrants.

34 million.

That's roughly 10% of the current population of the USA.

Without Congress there will be no legalization. All that amnesty
provides is a temporary stay of prosecution. Amnesty does not make any illegal,
a legal status citizen. They may still be deported with or without Amnesty.

The work in progress is allowing them to vote, where there is no work around.
The main scam is overwhelming the system enough to validate the excuse of
"There's to many to deport", so just make them citizens.

All of this nonsense can be stopped through leadership from the POTUS if
America decides to wake up and act, and if we get the right candidate.

Obama’s Deputies Prepare To Print Work Permits For Millions Of Illegals

10-20-2014

President Barack Obama deputies are secretly preparing to print work permits for up to 11 million illegal immigrants over the next two years, despite the nation’s high unemployment, stalled wages and increasing automation.

If Obama actually goes ahead with the plan that is sketched in a federal contract document, he would provide employers with the ability to legally hire 13 million foreign workers even as 12 million Americans turn 18 in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The plan to print millions of work permits and green cards — dubbed “permanent resident cards” — is outlined in Oct. 3 and Oct. 6 federal announcements to contractors.

The contract plan was discovered by the Center for Immigration Studies, which favors a lower level of immigration.

“The objective of this procurement is … to produce Permanent Resident Cards (PRC) and Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards,” said the Oct. 6 official announcement at FedBizOpps.gov.

“The requirement is for an estimated 4 million cards annually with the potential to buy as many as 34 million cards total,” the document says.

But the proposed five-year contract includes a so-called “surge” capability to produce an additional five million work-permit cards in one year.

“The Contractor shall demonstrate the capability to support potential ‘surge’ in PRC and EAD card demand for up to 9M [nine million] cards during the initial period of performance to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements,” said the government’s description of the pending contract.

Ebola out of control and it seems to have no impact on this entire government of ours.

I just don’t understand it.

Where is Jeff Sessions and Cruz? Who is screaming for us on this?

I just read a employee e mail to all employees from Cancer Treatment of America, they say this is going to get far worse before anyone gets a handle on it. Everyday someone should be making a federal case of this.
How in your right mind do you just bring in millions of more people who could be infected? It’s an attack on all of us that OBL could only dream of.

There used to be a joke that Bush was so pro-Mexican that if you hit him with a stick, prizes would fall out.

I wonder how the joke would go for Obama.
