Though seemingly a private person, there is no doubt that Matt Drudge has the inside scoop on many goings on in Washington and around the country. With contacts in high places, it stands to reason that the man behind the largest news source on the planet might get a heads up about key developments every so often.
Yesterday, after having completely wiped his social media Twitter account clean recently, Matt Drudge posted his first message in months.
It’s a simple message and very much to the point, but for those following the news of failing Ebola containment protocols it’s terrifying.
Maybe Matt Drudge has gotten word of something that we’re not yet aware of just yet.
Or, perhaps, like any concerned citizen watching the Centers for Disease control botch the handling of Ebola, he sees the writing on the wall. The virus, as has been the case in Africa, will continue to spread.

There’s no telling how many people Vinson or Nina Pham (Patient #2) came into contact with while they were infected or where those people are now.
Given these latest developments, Matt Drudge may be right on target with his recommendation to self-quarantine.
But is it time to do that now?

DeKalb Schools blocks two from school amid Ebola concerns
Two Dunwoody students who recently returned from West Africa were blocked from enrolling in DeKalb schools this week as a precaution against the spread of Ebola.
DeKalb school officials said the father worked for CARE, a humanitarian organization, as a finance controller in the Liberia/Sierra Leone office. He returned to the United States on Sept. 14 with his family and tried to enroll the children Wednesday at Dunwoody Elementary and Dunwoody High.

Really? Perhaps there are more, many more Ebola infected patients in the U.S. about who we haven’t been informed?
I expect a plan from the jihadists to infect about ten of their comrades with Ebola, and fly them over. Here, once infectious, they’ll all travel cross-country, smearing their snot/saliva at every little gas-pump, every little quickie-mart door, every restaurant table, as they go along. Traveling right across the various interstates, going through every part of the country. Before they eventually succumb.

Four days ago the blog Lame Cherry stated that as of October seventh, there existed over one hundred people in this country infected with Ebola, and the government was concealing that fact.
As for the raging explosion, I am not concerned about that; I am concerned that BHO2 will declare Martial Law and suspend the elections. Now, that could really be an explosion, don’t you agree?
In an age of social media, I don’t believe that can happen. Given facebook and twitter, I know when someone I haven’t spoken to since kindergarten gets a sniffle. I just don’t believe that an ebola diagnosis can be hidden.

I do think this guy has already used up his get out of jail free card though. One big issue right now, and this nation would be on this guy like a beaver on a tree stump.
If there are over one hundred, I’d be surprised. The media needs a good story, and I think this one is too good to pass up.
They’re going after the story on the ones we know about. At least it has looked pretty good, the coverage until now.

Anything is possible of course. I’m not seeking to say anyone would have to be very lame to consider this. Heck, I’ll consider it. I still think it’s probably not true. We’ll see.

In my area? It’s time to start planning for it, at least. 30 days?
Normal Midwest rural Winter planning will take care of a lot of it. Here you’ve got to be ready to stay in for a couple of weeks (sometimes without power) every year, anyway.
Already have plastic for the windows and the camper (normal stuff), and I’m already gathering wood (First time we’ll use a lot of wood will be this winter, despite a large fireplace and being here for 11 years.)
Got a new, larger genny this spring, as well. Need to lay in some water, some canned meats, and we’re good, with an LP backup being the camper. Defense is another matter, entirely.
The REAL question is, what happens if the infrastructure starts to break down. Power, internet, etc. Communications will be tough, but that has solutions I already have.
Oh good grief.
Tell ya what. Those that believe this idiocy go hang our at Drudge’s house and we’ll call you when it’s over.
