Why do they keep comparing the flu to ebola? Yes, flu is easier to catch but.....its that whole dying thing.
I have had the flu and was taking care of my young son who had it also. I felt like I was gonna die. He was up and about in less than a week. It took me 3 weeks to get back to normal. No projectile vomiting or explosive diarrhea and we survived.
If given a choice between the flu or ebola, I would have to take the flu.

The patient is in a hazmat suit and has a mask. If, as doctors say, you have to make contact with bodily fluids to catch this, a person standing five feet away and touching nothing touched by the patient is safe. I’m all for conspiracy theories, but this looks like a tempest in a teapot.
