Congress should demand to SEE this alleged protocol.

Any garden variety village idiot knows that bio hazard is bio hazard; and, there are no half-way measures against an infectious agent.

What if a team of 4 surgeons all scrubbed before open heart surgery, and the 5th came into the ward ungloved, unmasked, uncapped, and ungowned (wearing golf gear, but carrying a clipboard?)
