Per WRIC-Richmond, Obama is to give a speech on Ebola at 5:25 PM EST.
Is this the one originally scheduled for 4PM?
I was screaming at Shep this afternoon
It is easy, isn’t it? Obola!
Any pics of Obola golfing in a hazmat suit?
lol
He will inspire at least one known symptom of Ebola.
You're right, but I still think my current version would be a good slogan for our time.
“Thinking of banging my head against a wall.”

There is one positive side to that, at least you can stop it.
I listened to Shep mindlessly repeating government talking points a week or so ago. Said to myself, “Shep, you’re naïve.”
You know, I have one brother who has always leaned to the left and he is the same way, or I guess he is, I haven’t actually heard from him in a long time but he used to leave his house at the time he was supposed to arrive somewhere and he might have an hour drive but you could set your watch, just add the time for the drive to the time he was supposed to be there and that is when he would show up.
“I think its pure propaganda”
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Check youtube, some people are posting videos to the effect that the whole thing is faked. They think it is being faked as an excuse to impose martial law.
So, thinking about it, why did he act that way? Was he trying to tell you (and everyone else) some message? That any appointment was, uh, interrupting or intruding on his valuable time?
The other positive side was having a nice gin and tonic before 5. I can stop that too, if I wish.
I don’t think it’s propaganda from that standpoint. I think having an un protected person standing around is to imply to the public that they can’t get ebola unless they lay hands on a sick person.
I have read those who say that Obama is looking for an excuse to impose martial law and he has shown that there is no “lowest point” to which he will stoop..... If true he’d have to let it get bad enough (I think the disease is real and our government is THAT stupid - also with the respiratory virus) to require public control. And what of all the training and ammo to control the public (last year’s reports of homeland forces training to suppress civil uprising). Really - I am wearin’ some tinfoil headwear that I would not be wearing if we didn’t have a Sociopath In Chief.
I just think it was immaturity. He has some very fine qualities yet in some ways is still childlike, a combination that seems to be common to a lot of liberal types, oscillating between being Mr. Dependable and Mr. Flakey.
That nurse had CDC permission to fly, as now being reported by NBC and CBs..she called the CDC several times...The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that Vinson called the agency several times before flying, saying that she had a fever with a temperature of 99.5 degrees. But because her fever wasn’t 100.4 degrees or higher, she didn’t officially fall into the group of “high risk” and was allowed to fly.
The CDC and Frieden want us to believe that a fever UNDER 100 degrees isn’t a significant factor, it IS important and in the case of Ebola , deadly. They would let you board an aircraft with a low grade temperature.
[A temperature below 100.4º (38 C) is considered a low-grade or mild fever. It means that the body is responding to an INFECTION. (Web MD)]
The CDC and Frieden are totally incompetent to overlook this FACT that a someone with temperature under 100 degrees is safe for travel.
“1. No travel ban.
2. Insists the protocols work.
3. Promises help to the hospital in Dallas.
4. Insists stopping it in Africa is more important(hence no travel ban).”
Thanks for the summary. I can’t stomach watching the liar any more.
I wonder how having flights leave West Africa helps reduce the cases there. Other than by exporting people with the virus reduces the number of cases there. Seems counter-productive though.
Yes, the protocols working got two nurses infected. They work great, no doubt.
The saddest part is the dumbed down people bought into this. I am so disappointed in the lack of logical thinking in this country.
Punctuation does indeed make a difference!
