When Clay Jenkins was elected Dallas County judge in 2010, few knew who’d won the seat, much less what his goals were. Jenkins was a political novice, a personal injury lawyer from Waxahachie who came from good Democratic stock. His stepfather and mother were active in the party for decades and were personal friends of Ann Richards’. Ron Kirk, the former Dallas mayor and former U.S. trade representative, recruited Jenkins to work on the Obama campaign, and it was Kirk, among others, who pushed him into running for county judge.

No he is minimizing this as he was proudly declaring on Megyn Kelly’s show that there were only 2 patients so far and that thousands die from the flu every year. So he is not saying Ebola is like the flu, but that the flu is far worse than Ebola since it kills so many more per year.
I would add WHO as a whole to the list.

This whole issue is a travesty - but one that could have been avoided back in 2008...I hope the US has learned not to vote in a person just to make history!
I’m sure the first thing they will do - is to limit anyone speaking against Islam....
This “surprise” may have just handed the Republicans control of Congress. I think behind the scenes, many of Obama’s friends inside and outside of government are going to apply pressure to force the Federal Inpsection Service (Customs and Immigration) to ban anyone boarding a plane to the USA that had spent time in the most affected countries.
