Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS.
The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who had read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. Jenkins was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus.
Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference that he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.

Help me out here. Was that sarcasm or are you insane? I hope as a 99er it was sarcasm.
I hope they are under guard to stay inside.
If they disappear ... I hope this judge is prosecuted- if he doesn’t have Ebola already himself
Well, he IS a RAT-hack.
A droplet might contain 3.2 million virions. Perhaps 1/1000 of those are likely to be infectious. Only takes 3-10 virions, though, to become infected.
Maybe a blood cell bursts and 300 become airborne for several minutes to hours, within a 10ft proximity.
PPE might protect from more millions of infected cells, but it only takes one to transmit the disease, which isn’t measurable for another 2-22 days.
YES SIR - let's applaud those who take "risky steps" with the lives of their wife and 8 year old child - not to mention countless other innocents - to make a political point.
Here's to him, a**hole liberals, and pea-brained FR posters.
Same here!
Yes, I think so. So let’s say you were on a flight home to NYC from Germany. A guy who came from Sierra Leone and met his connecting flight to NYC there in Frankfurt is aboard. He’s a little feverish but his advil keeps him under the radar. He’s five rows behind you. Or fifteen. He goes to the restroom, touches a wall while in there. You visit the restroom after he did, your arm touches that same spot, you wash up but not the arm. Later your arm itches, you scratch it. Then you nap, and as you wake, you rub your eye.
Eeeeebola gets in.
He wasn't removed from the home by ambulance until Sept 28th. If the 21-day incubation period is accurate, the family would need to be quarantined and monitored until October 19th at the earliest, or from whenever the family members were removed from the continuing hazardous exposure in the home.
I wonder if they will tell us when the girlfriend gets it? There’s no way she won’t get it and Mr. Jenkins will be in deep when she does. I think they will try to keep the numbers that will get it quiet. I wonder if this will affect Texas State Fair attendance in Dallas.
Correct. They now are reporting she is a nurse.
