A. Could be from the ER where he exposed people before his diagnosis.
B. No protective measures are perfect.
C. And most troubling, we don’t know everything about this disease.
Either way I suspect we will start to see a much higher no show rate for nurses, CNA’s and EVS. Particularly if there is a known case of Ebola in the community. We need to figure out how to staff and take care of patients with this new reality. And with flu season fast approaching as well. This could be the event that breaks our health care system
I read they’re no longer accepting ER patients at that hospital. I assume they believe the entire ER is contaminated. If that’s the case, hundreds of people were exposed in a few days.
CORRECTION: C. And most troubling: OUR OWN GOVERNMENT, THE SO-CALLED "AUTHORITIES", THE CDC, THE TREATING HOSPITAL AND E V E R Y O N E FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IS DOING E V E R Y T H I N G IN THEIR POWER TO LIE, TO OBFUSCATE, TO TELL HALF-TRUTHS, TO KEEP THE PUBLIC AT LARGE/AMERICAN CITIZENS IN THE ABSOLUTE DARK FOR "POLITICALLY CORRECT" REASONS IN ORDER TO DENY HOW INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS, LIFE-THREATENING AND EASILY INFECTIVE, SPREADABLE, AND C O N T A G I O U S EBOLA REALLY IS IN ORDER TO KEEP King Obola's American boarders OPEN to ILLEGAL ALIENS and King Obola's commercial airlines continuing to FLY in and out of highly infected AFRICAN countries carrying INFECTED people who knowingly or unknowingly are carriers of this insidious disease to America, Europe,... fill in the blank.
Oh and Obola's new CDC screening procedures AT "SELECTED" AIRPORTS include a questionnaire asking these people:
"Are you infected with Ebola, yes or no?"
Who in their right mind would believe ANYTHING ANY OF THESE PEOPLE FLYING FROM HIGHLY INFECTED AREAS HAVE TO SAY WHEN ANSWERING Obola's CDC questions?
Yea, these new Obola CDC screening procedures are totally reassuring given the fact that the first ILLEGAL ALIEN who flew to America for treatment KNEW THAT HE HAD EBOLA AND L I E D WHEN HE WAS ASKED ESSENTIALLY THE SAME QUESTIONS!
NOT!
Well those three reasons are good ones for taking pretty hard precautions. I wouldn’t be scared to bet that the hospital has what it takes for level 4 decontamination procedures, and yet, since we don’t have the equipment, why do our news reporters and government try to excuse not restricting travel. We truly live in a nation of fools.
